Welcome to Hatillo Viejo Properties

The property is located 25 miles south of the Manuel Antonio National Park in Quepos and 17 miles southeast of San Isidro de El General, the biggest city of the Southern part of Costa Rica. South of the property is the Ballena Marine Park (10 miles) and the towns of Dominical (3 miles) and Uvita (10 miles), where all services are available. The new project of an International Airport in Palmar Sur (37 miles), is currently in development.

The property has a road frontage of more than half a mile on the new Pacific Coast Highway, now under construction, and will be concluded in May 2010. It has a beach front on the estuary of the Hatillo Viejo River plus four lots of different sizes.

The land has three types of flora: the flat parts for agriculture, the mangrove forest and the forest areas full of local trees. Water and electricity services are available.
